Your Journey of Discovery, Day-by-Day:
Days 1 (Arrival & Transfer to Bukit Lawang)
Pick-up: Our private driver will meet you at Kualanamu International Airport or your hotel in Medan.
Journey: Drive to the lush village of Bukit Lawang (approx. 3–4 hours).
Check-in: Settle into your riverside guesthouse on the edge of the Gunung Leuser National Park.
Days 2 (Into the Wild & Overnight Jungle Camping)
- The Ascent: Enter the Mount Leuser National Park. Trek through dense tropical rainforest in search of Sumatran Orangutans, Thomas Leaf monkeys, and other exotic wildlife.
- Deep Wilderness: Your guide will share secrets of medicinal plants and jungle survival skills as you trek deeper into the woods.
- The Campsite: Arrive at a secluded riverside campsite deep within the forest. Enjoy a fresh “jungle dinner” prepared by our team and sleep in a simple tent under the stars, serenaded by the sounds of nature.
Days 3 (Day Two Exploration & White Water Rafting)
- Morning Exploration: Continue your trek through the lush landscape to discover more hidden flora and fauna.
- Jungle Rafting: The ultimate way to exit the wild! We will use “Tube Rafting” (traditional inner-tubes) to navigate the exciting rapids of the Bahorok River all the way back to your hotel.
- Recover & Relax: Return to the comfort of your room for a warm shower and well-deserved rest after an epic expedition.
- Overnight: Bukit Lawang.
Days 4 (Return to Medan & Drop-off)
Leisure Morning: Enjoy a final breakfast in the cool mountain air.
Transfer: Private drive back down to Medan (approx. 2–3 hours).
Finish: Drop-off at your hotel in Medan or Kualanamu International Airport.
