Your Journey of Discovery, Day-by-Day
Days 1 (Arrival & Transfer to Bukit Lawang)
Pick-up: Our private driver will meet you at Kualanamu International Airport or your hotel in Medan.
Journey: Drive to the lush village of Bukit Lawang (approx. 3–4 hours).
Check-in: Settle into your riverside guesthouse on the edge of the Gunung Leuser National Park.
Days 2 (Deep Jungle Exploration & River Rafting)
- Jungle Trekking (6 Hours): Enter the Mount Leuser National Park. Your expert guide will lead you on a quest to spot Sumatran Orangutans and other exotic wildlife in their natural habitat.
- Jungle Lunch: Enjoy a traditional picnic lunch surrounded by the lush greenery of the tropical rainforest.
- Jungle Rafting: Return to the village in the most exciting way! Navigate the river rapids on traditional inner-tubes (tube rafting) right to the doorstep of your guesthouse.
- Overnight: Bukit Lawang.
Days 3 (Batu Katak Expedition)
- Heading to Batu Katak: After breakfast, we depart for Batu Katak, a tranquil destination far from the typical tourist crowds.
- Flora & Cave Exploration: Explore exotic water caves and, if the season is right, witness the world’s largest flowers—the Rafflesia or the Amorphophallus titanum—blooming in the wild.
- Relaxation: Enjoy the crystal-clear rivers of Batu Katak before heading back to your accommodation.
- Overnight: Bukit Lawang.
Days 4 (Return to Medan & Drop-off)
Leisure Morning: Enjoy a final breakfast in the cool mountain air.
Transfer: Private drive back down to Medan (approx. 2–3 hours).
Finish: Drop-off at your hotel in Medan or Kualanamu International Airport.
